WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Please keep in mind that orders may take longer than what is stated here. You may not be informed of delays.
Made to order jewelry and resin of small to medium size are 1-2 weeks in business days.
Large made to order jewelry and resin orders are 1-2 weeks in business days.
Regular made to order molds (non customs) may take up to four weeks in business days, but typically are 1-2 weeks.
Custom molds may take one month in business days.
Rush orders may be available for purchase for crafts supplies.
The catalog is an in depth inventory created to help streamline the custom order process. It contains all items for all types of custom orders, not any partical kind. So one item in the catalog may be available for a bracelet, but not for a mold.
Due to the compehensive nature of the catalog, its currently under construction and may be for some time. When fully completed its header will read "shop our feed" rather than "uner construction". Until then, its encouraged that buyers use a combination of my social media and the catalog.

My name is Adrien Lee. I am the owner and sole mold maker of Radical. I started my brand Radical when I was just 12 years old. And I have been an artist and graphic designer for over 10 years. Initially I started out selling graphic T-shirts and art commissions, I then later branched out into making jewelry.
A lot has changed since then. Most of my work was done as a an older teenager (the art stuff), however years ago I started making my own molds to expand my jewelry making. I have been selling jewelry and molds professionally for over six years now. With thousands of sales under my belt, I am still learning about my abilities and limitations.
As a person with a severe neuromuscular disease, doing anything with resin or silicone causes me great pain and even injury. Sometimes certain type of items I make are not at the same level as people who make similar things. I also cannot produce things at the same volume as other people. As such, my processing times can be longer than other mold makers and I make sure my prices are as low as possible to not also accommodate my clients’ budgets but offset any time and quality concerns as well. Which gives y’all the most bang for their buck for handmade items in the USA.
Even though I offer pricing lower than most of my competitors, making sure that earth is cared for is a top priority! As of May 2020 I have been making the switch to recycled and recyclable packaging. This includes but is not limited to poly envelopes, plastic bags, and tape. So you can feel good about ordering from Radical, knowing that you can safely put your packaging in the recycle bin instead of the trashcan ♻️
